IIT Varanasi

IIT Varanasi: IT BHU the proposed IIT Varanasi to be the 16th IIT / Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi. Institute of Technology Benaras Hindu University is a leading engineering institute of India and admission process is through IIT JEE since 1972. IIT Varanasi is dream in pipeline. ITBHU was also proposed to upgrade to IIT system of India in NDA regime in 2004. In the next government officially announced to convert ITBHU to IIT Varanasi but still the issue is pending. We hope that the ITBHU will be converted into IITV or IIT Varanasi.
